Have you ever thought about eliminating or reducing your grain intake? Even though we are not completely "grain-free" and don't plan on going that direction any time soon... we have backed off our grain-intake and noticed a big difference. Its nice to have several grain-free options/suggestions/ideas when preparing meals for your family or when you have someone coming over that is on a special diet.
